to heal;
the act of becoming whole—sound in mind and body.
Meet Brooke Lewis, LCSW
I believe therapy works best when people feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin moving toward the life and relationships you want.
I work with families, couples and individuals age 16+ navigating anxiety, depression and relationship challenges, life transitions, and the pressures that come in life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that aren’t working, or simply wanting more connection and clarity, therapy can help you understand what's happening beneath the surface and develop practical tools for change.
My style is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Skills, and Gottman Method couples therapy. I am also trained in healing trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Lifespan Integration and Internal Family Systems. Together we’ll work to reduce anxiety, strengthen relationships, and build skills that help you feel more confident and resilient.
I believe clients do best when their therapist is both compassionate and practical—someone who listens deeply while also helping them move forward with clear strategies and insight.
Seeking support can feel like a big step, and I’m honored to walk alongside people during meaningful moments of growth and change.
